Director of Utilities, Stanley Higgins

Stanley Higgins joined the City of Clanton in June 2021 as Director of Utilities.  Stanley has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.  He managed a variety of projects across the nation and has experience in the development of infrastructure that serves areas like the City of Clanton.  Stanley is a native of Chilton County, where he attended Isabella High School and then The University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering.
