Mobile Food Truck Permit

The City of Clanton Mobile Food Truck Ordinance governs the operations of food trucks within the City limits.

TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR A MOBILE FOOD UNIT YOU MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING:

  1. City of Clanton Fire Department Inspection and Approval. 
Contact the City Hall at (205)755-6840 or Email David Driver, Fire Chief at david.driver@clantonfd.org to set up required inspection. Inspections are conducted M-F 8a.m. to 4:30p.m by appointment only.

  1. Completed Mobile Food Unit permit application (permit fee $50.00). Click here for Application.
